Why do I process your personal data?
In particular, personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) for the purpose of:
- sending the newsletter,
- informing you about offers, promotions, events and competitions,
- conducting surveys,
- sending invitations,
- other direct marketing communications by means of e-mail, notifications, instant messaging, text messages (based on the data voluntarily provided in the contact form).
What data do I process?

For how long will I process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to carry out marketing activities, direct marketing communications and to fulfil the related archiving obligations under the law.
Where do I store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored in countries of the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). However, some of the services I use may also require data to be transferred and processed outside the EEA. Any such transfer of personal data will comply with applicable legislation and will be based on appropriate legal safeguards (standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission).

Cookies
Cookies are computer data, text files in particular, which are stored on a device of a Website User and serve the purpose of using webpages of the Website. Usually, Cookies contain name of the website they come from, time the data will be stored on the device and a unique number.
Cookies are used in order to:
- adjust the content of Website’s pages to User’s preferences and to optimize the use of webpages. In particular, cookies recognize the device of a Website User, adapt the page to User’s individual needs. Thanks to that a webpage is displayed properly.

Session Cookies are temporary files, which are stored on User’s device till the user logs out, leaves the webpage or turns off the software (browser). Persistent Cookies are stored on User’s device for the time specified in cookie files’ parameters or till the files are deleted by the User.

- “essential” cookies, which allow to use the services available on the Website, for example, authenticating cookies, used for services that require authentication as part of the Website
