Why do I process your personal data?
In particular, personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) for the purpose of:

  • sending the newsletter,
  • informing you about offers, promotions, events and competitions,
  • conducting surveys,
  • sending invitations,
  • other direct marketing communications by means of e-mail, notifications, instant messaging, text messages (based on the data voluntarily provided in the contact form).

What data do I process?

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • other identification data voluntarily provided in the contact form in the “Message” field (e.g. website, social profile, telephone number).

For how long will I process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to carry out marketing activities, direct marketing communications and to fulfil the related archiving obligations under the law.

Where do I store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored in countries of the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). However, some of the services I use may also require data to be transferred and processed outside the EEA. Any such transfer of personal data will comply with applicable legislation and will be based on appropriate legal safeguards (standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission).

Who do I share your personal data with?

I may share personal data with third parties who provide services or tools to me in order to ensure efficient marketing communications, as well as analytical services related to researching how you interact with the messages sent or gathering statistics, and to ensure that content can be shared on social networks and external sites;
•    Related entities:
I may share personal data with entities related to me personally, by equity or otherwise.
In the event of a change in the legal form of my business, a merger or acquisition, as well as a reorganisation of my business, entering into joint ventures with other entities and the spin-off or disposal of all or part of my business, I may transfer some or all of my personal data to other entities.
•    Legal obligations and security:
I may forward personal data to the competent administrative authorities, institutions and other authorised entities at home and abroad if I am required to do so by the applicable laws, as well as at their request within the framework of the procedures provided for by the law. I may also process personal data if this is necessary to establish and protect my rights or pursue claims.

Cookies are computer data, text files in particular, which are stored on a device of a Website User and serve the purpose of using webpages of the Website. Usually, Cookies contain name of the website they come from, time the data will be stored on the device and a unique number.

Cookies are used in order to:

  • adjust the content of Website’s pages to User’s preferences and to optimize the use of webpages. In particular, cookies recognize the device of a Website User, adapt the page to User’s individual needs. Thanks to that a webpage is displayed properly.
  • compile statistics, which enable us to understand, in what way Website Users are using the webpages. This allows us to upgrade the structure and content of the webpages.
  • maintain user session of a Website User (after logging in). Thanks to which the User does not have to provide login and password on every subpage.

As part of the Website, there are two Cookie types: Session Cookies and Persistent Cookies. Session Cookies are temporary files, which are stored on User’s device till the user logs out, leaves the webpage or turns off the software (browser). Persistent Cookies are stored on User’s device for the time specified in cookie files’ parameters or till the files are deleted by the User.

As part of the Website, the following Cookies are used:

  • “essential” cookies, which allow to use the services available on the Website, for example, authenticating cookies, used for services that require authentication as part of the Website
  • “efficiency” cookies, which allow to collect information about the way webpages of the Website are used
  • “functional” cookies, which allow “remembering” of settings selected by the User and personalization of User’s interface, for example, in the area of chosen language or region from which the User comes from, font size, webpage appearance, etc.

In many cases, software used for browsing webpages (Internet browser) allows, by default, for storing cookies on the Website User’s device. The Website users can change cookies settings at any time. The settings can be changed, particularly, in order to block the automatic cookie handling in webpage settings, or to inform the user every single time the cookies are being used on their device. Website operator informs, that restrictions concerning the use of cookies can influence the functionality available on webpages of the Website.

Cookies stored on the device of Website User can be also used by advertisers and partners, cooperating with the Website operator.
