Katarzyna is an owner of PURE CONCEPT. She specializes in the areas of business development and brand management, especially of companies providing professional services, including law firms. Katarzyna has been developing her competence also in the area of advisory to HTL and commercial real estate sector.

Before she established PURE CONCEPT , she worked for over 11 years at EY (Ernst&Young) in Poland and was responsible for strategic marketing activities and public relations. She also implemented projects concerning practice development and knowledge management, both nationally and internationally. She was also responsible for marketing and sales support of, an operating within Earnst&Young, law firm D.Janczak i Wspólnicy (subsequently a team which was incorporated into DZP Law Firm (Domański Zakrzewski Palinka) and of EY’s business advisory groups: Energy and Real Estate Group.
Under the brand PURE CONCEPT , she has carried out many projects in the area of strategy building, brand management and business development. She has also provided ongoing marketing advisory for business advisory companies and law firms, on all stages of their development. At the same time, she has been broadening her knowledge and gaining experience in the area of the specific nature of real estate sector, hotel industry and tourism. In years 2011-2015 she managed marketing and PR department in Polish branches of advisory companies such as TPA Horwath and Horwath HTL.
She is an author of many articles regarding brand management and strategy building, as well as, hotel and advisory companies. She also speaks at conferences and gives lectures on professional training programs.
Katarzyna graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University (Master of Arts in Polish) and WSB School of Banking (Marketing of Services – postgraduate studies). She completed number of trainings and specialist courses including Business Communication School (European Institute of Human Resources Development), Business Leaders: Effective public communication in the light of critical situations – training organized by Media Partners Academy, a series of trainings “Theory and practice of an effective public communication”, “Effective business communication” and “Media communication – executive level” organized by Partners International Inc. Ltd. Katarzyna is constantly broadening her knowledge – currently she is taking part in a series of trainings, organized by Harvard Business Review Poland and ICAN Institute, regarding personnel management, sale of professional services and leadership.
